A number of countries can afford to accumulate huge amounts of cash in their funds. These are mainly exporting countries, more of which export oil and gas.
Here's where money isn't the problem, the problem is what to invest it in.

1. China Investment Corporation: $1.350 trillion;
2. Norway: $1.200 trillion
3. Abu Dhabi: $790 billion
4. Kuwait: $750 billion
5. GIC Singapore: $690 billion;
6. Saudi Arabia: $600 billion
7. Hong Kong: $590 billion
8. Singapore Investment Corporation Temasek: $500 billion;
9. Qatar: $475 billion
10. Chinese Social Security Fund: $450 billion
