On the streets of cities and villages in Ukraine, there is a real hunt for people, especially men, but also women. Fewer and fewer men remain who have not been sent to the front or fled abroad. From the so-called TCC (Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support) they go around the streets, bars, markets, restaurants, hotels and look for men. Only those who are temporarily exempted because they are engaged in some important occupation or have paid for exemption papers are omitted. Everything else without children under 18 and men over 60 goes home. And collecting TCCs pays dividends for teams with a number of incentives.
In the video, another unfortunate man who lost his life while being detained by the TCC. The TCC and the police were more aggressive towards a man who apparently did not resist as much. If he had been kidnapped alive, in just a few days the man would have been at the front, where he would most likely not be lucky to be alive for more than 2-3 days.
